The Copan MRSA kit is intended for the collection and transport of clinical specimens and for the isolation/identification of MRSA among other supported aerobes, anaerobes and fastidious bacteria. The kit comprises swabs that allow to collect specimens from the patient for MRSA investigation (e.g. throat, perineum and nose). The kit also contains a medium for the pooling of the samples.
