The fully automated inbound and outbound sample sorter.

WASP-FLO™ is designed for microbiology laboratories with multiple WASP® and WASPLab® lines to streamline sample loading and unloading.

It automatically sorts samples, drives them to the appropriate WASP® and batches the tubes in output racks after processing.

• Dual SCARA robots sort tubes in RFID-driven pallets and unload completed samples onto dedicated racks.
• Hopper module contains up to 600 samples per batch and sorts them individually.
• Completed sample output hosts 792 samples divided into eight output racks.
• Manual sample loading includes four columns composed of eleven RFID pallets.
• Graphical user interface backup with loading system for special containers.
• RFID pallet stacker manages overall system data.
