TPP syringe filters are intended to filter aqueous solutions such as tissue culture media, buffers, protein solutions, virus suspensions and DNA. PES filter membrane with pore size 0,45 µm for a pre-filtration.PES filter membrane with pore size 0,22 µm for sterilization. Membrane with a high flow rate with minimal protein binding. Standard Luer-lock connection enables a filtration at high pressure by using a syringe. > 100 µl dead volume. Bursting pressure of 10 bar. Individually packed in blister.

Filter bottle 150ml with 0.22um filter in PES, 93x93x103mm, TPP

Large quadratic filter surface of 49 cm² and 69 cm² respectively. The special lamella grid support and premium PES filter membrane, with a pore size of 0,22 µm and a low protein binding, result in an extremely high flow rate. Square and robust shape, eliminates the risk of the filter unit falling over because of vacuum tubing. Space saving medium reservoir. The conical shaped neck enables a firm and slip free grip for both large and small hands.Each filter set comes with an adapter for the vacuum connection hose with an inside diameter of 6 - 10 mm and a separately packed screw cap. First pour the liquid in the filter, then apply the vacuum. Full flexibility: choice of filter set, top only or flask only, all provided with a GL-45 compatible screw thread.
