Can I download technical sheets, MSDS or certificates from the webshop?
If you are logged in, you can download technical sheets, MSDS and certificates. If available, the documents can be found by clicking on the paperclip icon next to the product: . Here you can find an overview of the documents available.
How can I adapt or cancel an order?
Please contact the Customer Care Service. If possible, they will do the adaptations in our system. You can reach us by telephone +32 (0)56 53 11 33 or email order@mls.be or fill in our contact form.
I can’t find my delivery address in the list of delivery addresses?
While placing an order you have to select a delivery address (Shipping). If your delivery address is not in the list, you can manually add one by filling in one yourself under ‘Other’. MLS will create the new address in its system and will be available for your next order.
What if I forgot my password?
Click on “Password forgotten?” at the bottom of the screen or in the login screen. By clicking you can enter your email address. You receive the confirmation that an email has been sent to the email address given. This email will provide you a link to change your password.
Do you need a customer code to log in?
You can log in with your email address. After being logged in, you can find your customer code in “My Account”.

Placing an order without an account on our webshop is not possible, you may send us your order by email to order@mls.be.
